Terms of Use

1. What this is
10 Coin Lab is a non-custodial web interface for interacting with public smart contracts on Robinhood Chain, a public blockchain. It lets you create tokens, launch them on a third-party launchpad, trade on public markets and bridge assets. We do not take custody of your funds at any point, we cannot move them, and we cannot reverse a transaction you sign.
2. No affiliation
10 Coin Lab is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries. “Robinhood Chain” is used only as the name of the public blockchain these tools interact with.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Content, including our published data and articles, is informational. Tokens on Robinhood Chain are permissionless: anyone can create one, nobody vets them, and the overwhelming majority lose all value. Assume that any amount you commit can go to zero.
4. Third-party protocols
This interface talks to smart contracts and services we did not write and do not control, including the Pons launchpad, Uniswap pools, bridge routers and price data providers. Their behaviour, fees and availability are theirs, not ours. We make no warranty about them.
5. Fees
Some actions carry a fee that goes to this project: a token creation fee set on our factory contract, and a 0.05% fee on swaps routed through our router contracts. Fees are enforced on-chain, are visible in the contracts, and are shown in the interface before you sign. Third-party fees — network gas, launchpad fees, bridge fees, curve trading fees — are separate and are not ours.
6. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the security of your wallet and private keys, for verifying every transaction before you sign it, for the legality of your use of this site where you live, and for any tax consequences. Do not use this site if doing so would breach the law in your jurisdiction.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including losses caused by smart-contract bugs, network failures, third-party protocols, front-running, price movement, or your own transactions.
8. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
